After 12 year teaching of Pranayogakriya Guruji renamed it to MAHAYOG. Because of a vision he got many years ago. Lord SHIVA himself showed him his DHYANASWAROOPA. The meditation pose of Lord SHIVA. Now Lord SHIVA himself teaching his technique of meditation through Guruji.As per the name MAHAYOG is the highest level of Yoga. Sitting few minutes with Guruji is enough to experience 'No Thought State' of mind. Without any Asana or Mantra one can experience the flowing cosmic energy through head to bottom.
