How to overcome Ego?

Guruji pointed out that, mind is always filled with various thoughts; these thoughts are the main hindrance to receive cosmic energy. The mind is driven by well laid out past impressions. The foot prints of these impressions, account for inherent strengths and weaknesses - one’s virtues & attributes, habits & attitudes, and desires. Accordingly, the corrections need to be made at the roots as a therapy for stress. Detoxification of the Mind is made possible by submitting to Pranayogakriya under the guidance of our Sadguru. This process drives away all negative impressions in the mind, so as to create the space needed to process one’s thoughts objectively. Every individual is born unique according to one’s exclusive conditioning of the mind. This accounts for varying mental strength, vision and intellect leading to differing perceptive and comprehensive abilities. High Egos whereby one gets fixed to self-defined parameters of life, and not being a good listener. They are unable to accept anything beyond what they wish to see. This leads to stress and chaos in life. To overcome this dilemma, one has to surrender himself in front of God.

The Universe is an instrument to reveal the majesty of God. The inner firmament in the heart of man is also equally a revelation of His Glory. He is the Breath of one’s breath. Since He has no specific form, He cannot be indicated by words. Nor can His mystery be penetrated by the other senses. He is beyond the reach of asceticism, beyond the bounds of Vedic rituals. He can be known only by an intellect that has been cleansed of all trace of attachment and hatred, of egoism and the sense of possession. For that, Guruji attuned us to unfold the attribute less principles of The Almighty. Such an atonement is possible only through Paravidya.

Paravidya, the Knowledge of the Supreme power when it deals with the attribute less principle. When it deals with the attribute-full, the materialised Principle, it is called Aparavidya, the knowledge of the Immanent. The Vedas and the Vedangas deal with Aparavidya. The Upanishads deal specifically with Paravidya. Guruji imparting paravidya- the supreme knowleoverdge- through Pranayogakriya. It breaks all shackles of life and leads to complete liberation.
