You will be transformed, as a rock is transformed by the sculptor into an idol, deserving the worship of generations of sincere people. In the process you will have to bear many a hammer stroke, many a chisel-wound, for He is the sculptor. He is but releasing you from petrification! Do not defile time or waste this life and body seeking paltry ends. This life is part of the long pilgrimage you entered when you were born, which may not end even when you die. Never forget this fact. Be pure, alert and humble as pilgrims are. Treasure the good things and the truths you see and hear. Use them as props and promptings for further stages of your soul’s journey.

Peringassery is my native place, where committing suicide had been the order of the day till the year 2006. Most of the people lived in an emotional world spending their earnings for alcohol. During the time I was informed that a Guruji by name P.B Raju, was residing at Pala in Kottayam district conducting meditation classes known as Pranayogakriya. He could make the minds silence and cured illness by his attainment of Extra Sensory Perception and meditation. One day I contacted him over phone and asked what would be his opinion to put a stop of the tendency of committing suicide among the people of our locality. He replied that, “the perpetual remedy is spirituality. We could bring up spirituality in the minds of the people through pranayogakriya meditation.” He also invited me to his class for pranayogakriya at pala for conviction.

  One fine day, I turned up his class at Pala and participated in the pranayogakriya. I experienced felicity and higher level of energy in the class. I was on cloud nine after the pranayogakriya meditation. I requested to organize the people of the locality so as to enable the Guruji to conduct classes of pranayogakriya and spirituality. He also revealed that to divine order. Then I could not but open my heart before Guruji that I was a follower of Amma Bhagavan of golden age movement at Chennai. I had also completed maha deeksha and moksha deeksha from Amma bhagavan earlier. After that in a Kalasapooja I was asked to accept one boon. I wanted the blessing for breaking off the tendency for committing suicide of the people belong to the locality. I added that the divine order might be to cultivate spirituality in the mind of the people.

 Thereafter, as per the directions of the guruji we arranged pranayogakriya classes throughout the area in question. Guruji conducted the classes and got over all prolonged illness of the persons participated in the classes by his cosmic energy. When the importance of the pranayogakriya came to their senses, the people gathered together and formed a trust. The trust purchased a plot in Uppukunnu, Idukki District and constructed an Ashram for conducting Pranayogakriya meditation. They also realized that the positive energy implanted by Guruji would not work on there who is intoxicated. Thus gradually they bring to a close with drinking as well as committing suicide. Of late the people relating to the sales of liquor gathered together and even cried out against the Ashram as the situation adversed their career.

Some three years ago while I was comforting my friend Mr. Dileep who was afflicted by severe heart attack, I told him my experience with the Guruji and his pranagogakriya meditation. Suddenly he wanted to meet the Guruji at pala in the next day itself. I told him that the journey from his residence at Eranakulam to Palai would take more than two hours and hence it could be done some other day. “Postponding the journey is out of question. He insisted me to go in his own scooter along with me as he was also suffering from urinary problem. His injudicious decision gave me shock as to his acute health condition. I contacted Guruji over phone and informed all the facts. “No fear, get him next day itself. His health condition is alright as soon as he decided to meet me” Guruji replied.

 That happened to the fact that we started to pala in his scooter in the next day. During the journey he stopped the scooter every now and then tor passing urine. After three and half hours of journey we reached Guruji’s centre at palai. He met Guruji and attended pranayogakriya. After the meditation he came out with cheerful mind. Then we started to Eranakulam but not stopped for passing urine until reached Eranakulam sufficiently earlier. He accepted the directions of the Guruji in doing Prnayogakriya daily. After one year he knew from Guruji that all blocks in his heart were completely removed and it could be ascertained from any hospital. We express our gratitude to Guruji with full heart.

We are Consciousness 
We come to this Earth plane as a speck of Cosmic Consciousness.While coming from the source, we come with Etheric Body as a structure for the Self. We come to this Earth plane to have unique experiences.For our experiences, we select the womb, We select the parents, environment and situations.The whole design of life is known to the Self.

BIRTH

After selecting the mother, speck of consciousness enters the mother’s womb.After Consciousness enters into the mother’s womb, fetus gets life.The physical body takes the shape according to the Cosmic Energy in the Etheric Body and according to the Cause. Consciousness will be traveling frequently to the source till it takes first breath. After coming out from the mother’s womb, it takes its first external breath. This is known as Birth.

LIFE

From day one to age of seven. we will have awareness of the source. The mind starts taking its shape from age seven and it completely forms by age fourteen. Intellect starts its activation from the age fourteen and fully developed by the age twenty-one.
From the age twenty-one to age of twenty-eight, one experiences the combination of body, mind and intellect. From the age of twenty eight, life depends on Self Knowledge. If one does not have awareness of the Self, his Consciousness lies in between body and mind. Because of this, whole misery starts. He cannot understand the situations. Things will become more critical for him. He moulds into concealed rigid ness. Rigid ness blocks the Cosmic flow. Due to this he suffers with physical illness, stress and tensions. He passes his days with out awareness. He cannot understand the very purpose of his life.

DEATH and BEYOND...

If one passes his life with out awareness and with out Understanding, Then, He passes from childhood days to youth, then to old age and finally passes away from this Earth plane with out completion of his purpose of coming to this Earth plane. It is what we call Death. Even after death, layer of rigid mind with wrong understanding does not allow the Consciousness to reach the Source. Because of the wrong understanding, he creates his own Hell And Heaven and stays as a lower Astral World being. If one starts one’s life being with the Self, he will be always blissful in all given situations. Even after Death, he won’t be in the lower frequencies. He will go back to the Source.

Incredible Secrets of Third Eye

The Third Eye is a very powerful tool of the soul to 'see', to 'feel' and to 'hear' the higher frequency realities. These three functions of the soul are known as Third Eye. When the Cosmic Energy flows heavily, the Third Eye gets activated. At the time of activation of the Third Eye, we feel an itching sensation or pulling sensation at the fore head region. Etheric Body and Human Body

Energy Body is the structure for the Consciousness. Energy Body forms with more than 72000 Nadis or Energy tubes which run all across the Body. All these Energy Tubes starts from the head region. This region is called ‘Bramha Randra’. These Nadis spread through out the body like roots of a plant. Energy Body is the main base for the design of our life. Energy Body is the main source for all our actions and even for our existence.

Our Energy Body receives Cosmic Energy during sleep and Meditation. We are using this Energy for our body and mind activities like seeing, speaking, hearing and physical movements and even for digestion. All these functions are totally based on the incoming Cosmic Energy. The inflow of Cosmic Energy is purely based on our thoughts. When we have thoughts, the inflow of Cosmic Energy is obstructed. In other words, Our thoughts are the stumbling blocks for the inflow of Cosmic Energy. When the inflow of Cosmic Energy is less, the Energy in the Energy Tubes depletes. This depletion causes Etheric Patches in the Energy Body. This Etheric Patches gradually leads to diseases in the physical body.

In other words,
Root cause of all diseases is the lack of Energy in the Energy Body. In Meditation, we get abundant Cosmic Energy. It flows heavily through all our Energy Tubes of Energy Body. How to Meditate

Meditation is the journey of our consciousness towards the Self.
Sleep is unconscious Meditation Meditation is conscious sleep. 
We receive some amount of Cosmic Energy in sleep and in deep silence. We receive abundant Cosmic Energy in Meditation.

Meditation is the journey of our consciousness from: 
Body to Mind,

To do Meditation, the first thing is Posture. We may sit in any posture. Posture must be comfortable and stable. We may sit either on the floor or on a chair. Cross your legs clasp the fingers Close your eyes gently Relax relax Then, Observe your normal Breath Do not chant any Mantra do not think of any God Just witness the Breath If any thoughts come, Do not go behind the thoughts do not negate the thoughts Just come back observe the Breath
